At AdoptMeAKitten.org, we strive to support our mission of rescuing and rehoming kittens through adoptions, fundraising events, and donations. As a nonprofit organization, our resources are dedicated to providing care for kittens in need. Below is our official refund policy.

1. Adoption Fees

• All adoption fees are non-refundable once the adoption process is completed.

• If an adopter can no longer care for their kitten, we encourage them to contact us for guidance on responsible rehoming or possible return options.

• In rare cases, where a medical condition unknown at the time of adoption significantly affects the kitten’s well-being, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Event Ticket Refunds

• Tickets for fundraising events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by AdoptMeAKitten.org.

• If an event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, please contact us for alternative options.

• If you can no longer attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

3. Donations

• All donations are final and non-refundable.

• If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions), please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the transaction for review.

• Refunds will only be issued in cases of technical errors, such as incorrect payment amounts or unauthorized transactions.

4. Merchandise & Fundraiser Sales

• Refunds or exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items received from our store or fundraising campaigns.

• Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the item, with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Volunteer & Sponsorship Contributions

• Contributions made toward kitten sponsorships, foster support, or volunteer-related initiatives are non-refundable.

• If you have questions about a sponsorship or volunteer-related donation, please contact us.

6. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)
